本アプリは、大切な人とあと何回会えるかを可視化する個人利用向けのツールです。

禁止事項

本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。

• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
• 本アプリの複製、改変、再配布、商用目的での二次利用
• 本アプリの運営を妨げる行為
• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

知的財産権

本アプリに関する著作権・商標権その他の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

課金について

本アプリの一部機能は買い切り型のApp内課金でご利用いただけます。決済はApp Storeを通じて行われ、返金についてはAppleの規約に従います。

免責事項

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、動作の完全性や特定目的への適合性を保証しません
• 本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません
• 予告なくアプリの内容を変更、または提供を終了する場合があります

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

本規約は、法令の改正やアプリの機能追加に伴い変更されることがあります。

Service

The App is a personal-use tool that visualizes how many more times you can meet the people who matter to you.

Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, the following acts are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Reproducing, modifying, redistributing, or making secondary commercial use of the App
• Interfering with the operation of the App
• Violating laws or public order and morals

Intellectual Property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to the Developer or the rightful right holders.

Purchases

Some features of the App are available through a one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchase. Payments are processed through the App Store, and refunds are subject to Apple's terms.

Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is," without warranty of completeness of operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
• The content of the App may be changed, or its provision discontinued, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised in line with amendments to laws or the addition of app features.
