本アプリは、大切な人とあと何回会えるかを可視化する個人利用向けのツールです。

禁止事項

本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。

• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
• 本アプリの複製、改変、再配布、商用目的での二次利用
• 本アプリの運営を妨げる行為
• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

知的財産権

本アプリに関する著作権・商標権その他の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

課金について

本アプリは無料でご利用いただけ、無料版では広告が表示されます。一部機能と広告の非表示は、買い切り型のApp内課金（サブスクリプションではありません）でご利用いただけます。決済はApp Storeを通じて行われ、価格は各国のストアに表示される税込み価格です。返金についてはAppleの規約に従います。

免責事項

• 本アプリが表示する回数や残り時間は、入力された年齢・想定寿命・会う頻度から計算した目安であり、実際の寿命や将来を予測するものではありません。医療・健康上の助言でもありません
• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、動作の完全性や特定目的への適合性を保証しません
• 開発者は、法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。ただし、開発者の故意または重大な過失による損害、その他法令上責任を免除できない損害についてはこの限りではありません
• お住まいの国の法令により消費者に認められた権利は、本規約によって制限されません
• 予告なくアプリの内容を変更、または提供を終了する場合があります

準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、消費者であるユーザーがお住まいの国の法令で保護される強行規定は、引き続き適用されます。

規約の変更

本規約は、法令の改正やアプリの機能追加に伴い変更されることがあります。重要な変更はこのページで施行日とともにお知らせします。

Service

The App is a personal-use tool that visualizes how many more times you can meet the people who matter to you.

Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, the following acts are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Reproducing, modifying, redistributing, or making secondary commercial use of the App
• Interfering with the operation of the App
• Violating laws or public order and morals

Intellectual Property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to the Developer or the rightful right holders.

Purchases

The App is free to use, and the free version displays ads. Some features and ad removal are available through a one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchase. This is not a subscription. Payments are processed through the App Store, prices are shown in your local currency including any applicable taxes, and refunds are subject to Apple's terms.

Disclaimer

• The counts and remaining time shown in the App are estimates calculated from the ages, expected lifespan, and meeting frequency you enter. They are not predictions of anyone's actual lifespan or future, and they are not medical or health advice.
• The App is provided "as is," without warranty of completeness of operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
• Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live, including, for users in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• The content of the App may be changed, or its provision discontinued, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised in line with amendments to laws or the addition of app features. We will post material changes on this page together with the new effective date.
